Navigate the infinite curiosities of BayCon 42 with clarity, curiosity, and community in mind. Our convention guidelines exist to ensure that all attendees—whether carbon-based lifeform, time traveler, or towel-carrying hitchhiker—enjoy a safe and meaningful experience throughout the weekend. Each April, the Society for the Promotion of Speculative Fiction’s Event Oversight Committee reviews these policies and updates them as needed to maintain balance across timelines, fandoms, and parallel dimensions.
