In 2024, BayCon was proud to re-establish a partnership with the members of the venerable Bay Area Animation Society, many of whom joined staff as we renew our journey in promoting anime to our attendees.

The Anime Room
Every year, the BayCon Anime Room transforms into a dynamic screening venue that highlights anime titles and films aligned with our convention’s theme. Under the expert curation of Room Director Todd Allis, this year’s schedule will feature selections from the cosmic, drama, comedy, and absurdism genres, providing an immersive experience for all attendees. The full viewing schedule will be announced in the coming months, allowing plenty of time to plan your journey through these visionary works. We’re proud to continue our tradition of excellence, building on the success of last year’s Anime Room.
