Here is the Official BayCon 2014 Program Book. Please note that information in the program book is subject to change. For the most up to date information, check posted announcements and the information desk at the convention. We will also be doing our best to keep the online schedule grid and panel descriptions up to date.

The program book basis page is 8.5" x 11" with allowance of 0.5" on all sides for trimming. The final book size will be about 8.25" x 10.5".

Ads should be black and white or grayscale (unless you're buying a color cover), a minimum of 150 DPI in tiff, jpeg, or other standard graphic format.
The deadline for space reservation is April 15, 2014, with publication-ready artwork due by April 28, 2014. Payment must be completed by May 7, 2014.
BayCon reserves the right to reject any ad that we determine to be unsuitable or inappropriate for publication in our Program Book.
