Ad Rates / Dates

We offer advertising in our progress reports and newsletters. The BayCon mailing list is comprised of approximately 2,500 people in the fan community. For more information on advertisements or to reserve your space e-mail pubs10@baycon.org. Advertisements should be print-ready, 150 DPI minimum TIFF or other standard graphic format. Fan rates are available for fan groups, conventions, or other non-profits.

Checks should be made out to BayCon 2010 and sent to: BayCon 2010, P.O. Box 62108, Sunnyvale, CA 94088-2108.

Advertisements for the program book are due by April 16, 2010.

Bookmark Program

BayCon is looking for local bookstores to partner with for our free bookmark program. We'll provide them with custom bookmarks with their store information on one side and BayCon information on the other as long as they put them out for customers to take. Know a good local bookstore? Send their contact information to pubs10@baycon.org.

Become a Published Artist!

We are always looking for new art to include in our publications. Artwork must be print-ready and submitted in TIFF or other standard image file format at a minimum of 150-DPI. Make sure to include the name of the piece and how you would like it credited with your submittal.
