Dealers Room
A plethora of fabulous merchandise is brought before you to peruse. Varied and wonderful dealers provide fabulous undreamt treasures as well as those known to fit your desire. Clothing, Books, Jewelry, Music, Weapons, Stuff, Carvings, Masks, Collectibles, Toys, and Memorabilia, all gathered in one place for your adventures in commerce. The list is current just prior to con may change a bit before opening. The most up to date list is posted in the Dealers Room.
The Dealers Room is Ballrooms A, B & C in the convention center, ground floor, near the hotel. The hours are:
Friday - about Noon til 7pm
Saturday - 10am til 6pm
Sunday - 10am til 6pm
Monday - 10am til about 2pm

Art Show
The BayCon Art Show is open to both professional and
amateur artists. To participate in the BayCon Art Show, read The Rules, fill out the Art Entry Form, and mail it in. If you are shipping art to the con, you need the Mail-in envelope. You may also want to download the bid sheet and control sheet before the con. You can also download an IRS W-9 form from the IRS site.
