BayCon has several publications, which will be posted here as they are released.

Share your photo or short (90 sec / 150Mb) video clip on the BayCon Flickr site by email.

Attach one photo or short video clip to a new email message

Add a short description as the body of the email message. Do not include a signature line or other extraneous text

Add tags on the subject line using the word "tags:" followed by one or more single words or multiple words within quotes, e.g:
tags: klingon slave auction "orion slave girl"

Don't forget to start your subject line with "tags: " or Flickr will ignore your tags!

Send your email message to: "try72walked@photos.flickr.com"

If you would like to place an ad we need to know the size by April 17. We will need your print-ready ad in the appropriate size by April 21. The file should be black and white, a minimum of 150 DPI, and in TIFF format or whatever other typical graphic format you prefer. Checks should be made out to BayCon 2009, and sent to BayCon 2009, P.O. Box 62108, Sunnyvale, CA 94088-2108.

Free Informational materials and goodies to be distributed to BayCon attendees can be mailed directly to:

Items received at the PO Box by May 15th are guaranteed to be picked up and transported to the Con; in addition, we will make every attempt to retrieve any items that reach the PO Box after that date up until the day before the con opens. Please do not send things directly to the hotel.

Fan Tables

Free Informational tables on the Mezzanine are available on a first-come, first-served basis to Members of BayCon who wish to promote their Fan Groups and/or other Fannish Conventions at BayCon – one table max per group or Con. To reserve a table please email fantables09@baycon.org with the name of your group or Convention, the name(s) of the contact person(s) staffing the table, and let us know what sort of things you would be distributing at the table. "Freebies" and information on your group or event can be freely distributed from these tables, and memberships in the Convention or Fan Group may be sold – but not goods or services of any kind.
