Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card Information for Check-In

Debit Cards: A full night is charged for each guests night stay. There is a $50.00 incidental deposit held for each guest room night. A Majority of banks "Hold" twice the amount.
Cash: Full payment in cash is required at check in for cash paying guests. The amount includes each guests night stay and a $50.00 incidental deposit for each guest room night.
Credit Card: A credit card authorizes each night of guest stay and $50.00 incidentals for each night. There is no additional hold and credit cards are charged at check out.

Check Out – 12:00noon

In anticipation of a large number of departures, the hotel has several options to expedite your check out process. A copy of your bill will be slipped under your door the morning of your departure. If all charges are correct and you wish to use the credit card on file, you may drop your keys in the box by the elevator & the Hotel will charge your credit card accordingly. You may also use the Video Check-Out option on the TV system and the express Kiosk in the Hotel lobby.

Should your travel plans require you to be the the hotel past the designated check out time, complimentary luggage storage is available on your departure day.

Great America Amusement Park Tickets.

2008 Baycon Convention Guests staying Monday, May 26, 2008 are entitled to purchase Great America Park tickets at a discounted price of $20 each (maximum of 2 tickets at this price). Additional tickets (beyond the first 2 tickets)are $31 each. Regular ticket price at the gate is $45. Enjoy an extra night at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara at the Group Rate and have some fun for Memorial Day !
